Accelerating Inclusive Markets for Smallholders (AIMS) is a joint project of the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), led by the Ministry of Commerce. This six years duration project (effective from 28 February 2017 with an expected completion date of 31 March 2023) is intended to accelerate the inclusive growth of markets and for higher value agricultural products and the development of associated local clusters through which poorer smallholder producers can benefit alongside others. Life Steps Organization (LSO) joint venture with the Action for Development (AFD), is one of service providing partners of the AIMS project to implement the assignment of “Market-Oriented Social Mobilizer” for Kampong Cham Regional Hub. A Kampong Cham Regional hub office is the largest hub among three regional hubs because it contains nine (9) Eastern and Northeastern provinces of the country.
