Prof. Khairul Hafiz

Founder and President

Prof. Khairul Hafiz, who grew up in Barishal, Bangladesh, is the Founder and President of Life Steps Org and a champion for developing leadership and believes in the power of charity, clarity, and collaboration. Prior to Life Steps, he was the Country Director of Muslim Aid UK – Cambodia and Bangladesh country offices and where he worked alongside children and communities affected by disaster and decades-long deprivation.

In Cambodia, he contributed to youth active citizenship, secondary, and higher education, and influenced the country’s drive to the water and sanitation sector and humanitarian responses to disasters. In 2012, the Prime Minister of Cambodia acknowledged Kharirul Hafiz’s contribution to the country with a gold medal from the Royal Government of Cambodia.

Prof. Khairul Hafiz earned his MBA of Management Information Systems (MIS) from Daffodil International University, Dhaka, and a Master’s degree in Management from National University, Bangladesh, and since 2007 he had been teaching on a part-time basis in the Graduate School of Norton University, Cambodia. He served as a technical adviser and consultant in the World Bank, IFAD, FAO, and in a number of government ministries and international organizations.

Fahimash KOB

Financial and HR Officer

Ms. Kob Fahimash provides Financial and HR support to the team in PP and province. She completed Bachelor Degree in English Literature and Master Degree in Development Management. Ms. Kob Fahimash has worked and experience in many private sectors and the non-profit organization both International and Local NGOs as an Admin/HR and Finance Coordinator and move up herself to Admin/HR Manager for the last 10 years. She has strong sense of deference and be optimistic to reach Vision. Mission and Value of the organization, especially accelerates and build up the capacity of the team from day to day to align with the plan and strategy of the organization. She also gets ready to work from her Heart, joining with her Hand, and come up with any ideas from her Head.

Mary MSAS

Project Coordinator

Mary Msas, Masters in Development Management. Former accountant and VISA officer of the Embassy of South Korea. Mary has indulged over 15 years as an executive of Torch Medical Center (INGO). As of now, she works as a Project Coordinator for the Life Steps Organization, providing senior administrative skills and pivoting her work ethic on the aspiration to inspire a spiritually tranquil state of mind, as well as ultimately bring about an overall sanitized and hygienic welfare for all Cambodian citizen.

Asikhan TIN

Project Officer

Tin Asikhan had graduated Bachelor Degree at Phnom Penh International University (PPIU). He has experiences working in private sectors and nonprofit organizations. In Humanitarian and Charity Sector, he has 8 years’ experience with various Local and International NGOs. Now, he works as Project Officer at Life Steps Organization and he has contributed in different projects such as WASH, Education, Child Protection, Livelihood, Disaster Response and Humanitarian Food Aid which benefit to thousands of poor, vulnerable and needy people throughout the country.

Kriyar EL

IT Support and Development

Kriyar EL graduated Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (IPB University, Indonesia) and Master Degree in Information Technology (Norton University, Cambodia). He starts working as Web Developer at a private university since 2012. There, he has built several online system such as Registration System, Classroom System, HR system, Finance System, Support System, and several other systems.

At Life STEPS Organization, he help to develop LSO website and e-learning Platform. He continue to support and maintain the website and e-learning platform to make sure it always working properly and up to date with the latest content as well as the technologies.

Other than full time job, he also do outsourcing for several projects such as e-commerce system, e-learning system, digital marketing, graphic design, and some other web applications.
